Air D-Fense™ 2000

Air D-Fense™ 2000 is an environmentally-friendly, aqueous suspension of nano-dispersed silicates and butyl rubber. It is used as a barrier coating and can be applied to various elastomeric substrates via spray or dip coating processes. Air D-Fense™ 2000 has the secondary properties of butyl rubber which may be important in the application, such as low temperature flexibility and capability to be cured at high temperatures.

Air D-Fense™ 3000

Air D-Fense™ 3000 is an environmentally-friendly, aqueous suspension of nano-dispersed silicates and butyl rubber with improved barrier properties over Air D-Fense™ 2000. It is used as a barrier coating and can be applied to various elastomeric substrates via spray or dip coating processes. Air D-Fense™ 3000 has the secondary properties of butyl rubber which may be important in the application, such as low temperature flexibility and capability to be cured at high temperatures.

Nanolok™ NP

Nanolok™ NP is an environmentally-friendly, aqueous suspension of nano-dispersed silicates and Neoprene (or Chloroprene). It is used as a barrier coating and can be applied to various elastomeric substrates via spray or dip coating processes. Nanolok™ NP has the secondary properties of neoprene which may be important in the application, such as ozone, UV, solvent and oil resistance.

Nanolok™ NT

Nanolok™ NT is an environmentally-friendly, aqueous suspension of nano-dispersed silicates and nitrile rubber. It is used as a barrier coating and can be applied to various elastomeric substrates via spray or dip coating processes. Nanolok™ NT has the secondary properties of nitrile rubber which may be important in the application, such as solvent, oil and fuel resistance.

NanoLok™ PT

Nanolok™ PT is an environmentally-friendly, aqueous suspension of nano-dispersed silicate and polyester resin. It is used as a barrier coating and can be applied to PET film via roll coating, spray or dip processes. It provides the highest gas barrier level of any polymeric coating available on the market today.
